ABrite provides a 12-month warranty for the complete water flosser unit, subject to the agreed warranty terms. Issues resulting from improper operation, unauthorized use, or man-made damage are generally excluded from warranty coverage. Where a product issue is confirmed to be attributable to ABrite, the appropriate replacement or after-sales solution can be provided according to the agreed terms.

Beyond warranty handling, ABrite maintains dedicated production, R&D, sales, and after-sales service functions to support customers throughout the product lifecycle. Our OEM/ODM process also includes sample proofing and production confirmation before mass manufacturing, helping identify and resolve potential issues at an earlier stage.

ABrite cordless water flossers use USB-C charging and require approximately 3–4 hours for a full charge under the specified configuration. Based on a usage pattern of approximately one minute per day, a full charge can support around 60–90 days of use, depending on the specific model and operating conditions.

This extended battery performance makes cordless models convenient for both everyday use and travel, reducing the need for frequent charging. For brands developing portable oral-care products, battery capacity, charging interface, usage frequency, and product configuration can be evaluated together to achieve the desired balance between portability and operating time.

Selected ABrite water flossers feature an IPX7 waterproof rating, allowing the device to withstand temporary immersion and making it suitable for use in wet environments, including shower use where the specific model permits it. This protection is particularly important for a portable oral irrigator that may be exposed to splashing water during everyday use.

However, waterproof protection does not mean that every part of the device can be continuously submerged. The charging port should not be intentionally exposed to or soaked in water, and the product should be used according to its operating instructions. If you have any special technical requirement,  ABrite can confirm the applicable waterproof configuration for the selected model.

Yes. Replacement jet tips can be supplied separately as spare parts, allowing customers to replenish commonly used accessories without replacing the complete water flosser. ABrite can also provide different nozzle types according to the requirements of your target market and product configuration.

This is useful for brands and distributors that need to support different user groups or maintain an aftermarket supply of consumable accessories. Nozzle selection can be matched to the applicable water flosser model and intended use. If you are planning an customized project, you can also discuss the required nozzle types and spare-parts configuration together with the main unit.

ABrite can support commonly used international shipping terms, including EXW, FOB, DDU, and DDP, depending on the destination, order volume, and project requirements. In addition to manufacturing, we provide logistics support through our own logistics resources and can arrange door-to-door delivery to help simplify international purchasing.
